Hello, I’m Teresa, the heart and hands behind Candlelight Cottage. I believe in the power of light, scent, and community to heal even the darkest moments—and I’m honored to share my journey with you.

My Story

One day in late summer 2022, I faced a tragic loss. The night that followed was my darkest, loneliest moment of my lifetime. Determined to find a path forward, I turned to every outlet I could: journaling, meditating, long hikes in Colorado foothills, and experimenting with fragrance blends for bath bombs and tinctures to heal and promote well-being. What began as a way to heal soon became a calling—an invitation to transform grief into something both beautiful and meaningful.

Craft & Quality

Today, Candlelight Cottage creates artisan, hand-poured candles designed to enchant the spirit with a Colorado undertone. I blend the finest quality oils and waxes—coconut-apricot, beeswax, and even traditional tallow—for a clean, lasting burn. Each fragrance and essential oil is selected for its therapeutic notes, crafted to soothe the mind and uplift your space. Vessels are hand-picked for durability and timeless style, and every box, wrap, and label is thoughtfully recyclable or reusable, because caring for the planet matters as much as caring for ourselves.
