We strive to describe and photograph our candles as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our goods, slight variations may occur. Scent perception is also subjective — each nose experiences it differently!

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout methods via Shopify. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via [your carriers—e.g., USPS, UPS] within the United States. You’ll receive a tracking number once your candle is on its way. Candlelight Cottage is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for details on eligibility, timelines, and exceptions. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

7. Scent Guarantee

Because scent is personal, we offer a one-time scent exchange for unused candles. Return shipping fees may apply. Read more on our Scentful Satisfaction Promise.

All candles should be used responsibly and never left unattended while burning. Please follow all safety instructions provided with each product. Candlelight Cottage is not liable for misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product names, photos, descriptions, and designs — belongs to Candlelight Cottage. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our materials without written permission.
