<p>Because every candle is lovingly hand-poured in small batches, we hope it brings warmth and comfort to your space. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.</p>
<h2>Returns & Exchanges</h2>
<p>We accept returns or exchanges on <strong>unused, unburned candles</strong> within <strong>14 days of delivery</strong>. To be eligible, candles must be in their original condition and packaging.</p>

<li>Candles that have been lit or altered</li>

<h2>Shipping</h2>
<p>Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless your item arrived damaged or we made a mistake. For damaged items, please email us a photo at <em>[your email]</em> within <strong>3 days of delivery</strong>, and we’ll gladly make it right.</p>
