Candlelight Cottage Shipping Policy
Effective Date: Sept. 7, 2025
1. Processing Time
All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If we anticipate a delay, we’ll let you know right away.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We currently ship within the United States via [USPS, UPS, or other carriers you use]. Estimated delivery times range from 2–7 business days after your order is processed.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the continental U.S. No code needed—this will automatically apply at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at welcome@CandlelightCottage.co within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo if applicable, and we’ll make it right.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
